HCP Seeking an AmeriCorps Member for Neighborhood Engagement Coordinator Position
The Healthy Community Partnership is seeking an AmeriCorps member to support the growing work of our Action Teams’ support team in their work to improve community members’ health through implementing various programming and educational events. Additionally, to increase engagement and communication with community members to increase the partnership’s ability to raise awareness of the benefits of active transportation, healthy foods, and parks and green spaces for health, environmental, and economic outcomes. Our support team already has ongoing programming and has identified the need for additional support to most effectively meet their goals.
