Health and Wellness Resource Guide
The members of the Healthy Community Partnership-Mahoning Valley have been hard at work responding to the unforeseen challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to our communities. Whether helping distribute meals or ensuring residents know where and how to be safe and physically active, HCP members were quick to respond to support their neighbors.
There is no doubt that the current crisis has underscored the value of making sure people have access to healthy foods and safe, outdoor spaces for physical activity. These are critical components to make sure residents are able to take care of their physical and mental wellbeing, especially during the stressful days and weeks ahead. To assist with these efforts, members of HCP-MV have compiled a Health and Wellness Resource Guide to help residents find information to access healthy food, a nearby park, or other resources that promote safe ways to stay active in mind and body while practicing physical distancing and staying safe at home.
