HCP Seeking an AmeriCorps Member for Neighborhood Engagement Coordinator Position The Healthy Community Partnership is seeking an AmeriCorps member to support the growing work of our Action Teams’ support team in their work to improve community members’ health through implementing various programming and educational events.
